How do I return an item?

Purty is dedicated to ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, merchandise can be returned within 14 days of merchandise delivery.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your merchandise delivery date. Merchandise must be in original unused condition. Any unauthorized returns or returns postmarked after 14 days of your delivery date, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or delivery may be refused and the merchandise returned to sender. Returns made after 30 days will NOT be accepted. Returns must be sent via United States Postal Service, FedEx or UPS only.

Purty does not accept damaged merchandise. No refunds or store credit will be issued for merchandise returned in a used or damaged condition. Pack returns with adequate padding, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In the case of an order that included free shipping, up to $5 will not be reimbursed in order to cover our cost of the original shipment. Merchandise damaged due to customers' use and/or negligence will not be accepted for refund.

All refunds will be processed as soon as the products have been confirmed as meeting Purty return standards.

If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7 business days. During and immediately after the holiday season, a refund may take up to 14 business days. If you wish to make an exchange, you will have to place a new, separate order (unless you are exchanging damaged merchandise for replacement merchandise).

ALL MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL SALE. PURTY DOES NOT OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS ON MERCHANDISE. If an item you ordered is not available, we will attempt to contact you and let you know of the unavailability. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order. We will not substitute any item without your permission first.
